I worked as a Sales Rep for this company for 1.5 years out of the Paducah office, and I can honestly say this is a top notch company to work at or do business with. The management at the Paducah office are great & are always willing to sit or take a call from a sales rep to help design systems or with whatever else they need to be successful. The rest of the employees at this office are also terrific making it a very comfortable & friendly environment. Customer satisfaction is very important to them and they do what it takes to keep customers happy. And trust me, they have more satisfied customers than others companies in this market. They use high quality equipment that comes with a Lifetime Warrenty, which is a smidge higher in price than the Do-It-Yourself stuff that’s on the market, but you get what you pay for. The small difference in price, and the fact that it’s professionally installed, makes it well worth it in the long run. In my time there I replaced so many failed DIY systems with ADS equipment, and the customers always wished they had gone the ADS route from the beginning. If your looking for a home or business system, ADS would be the only option in my opinion.

ADS has been above and beyond the most professional service minded experience I’ve had in my career. From the beginning of our project the sales rep Kevin was knowledgeable and recommended the correct product that would meet our needs. Our project went on a one-year hold and ADS was patient and professional during our delay.We were very fortunate to have the same service technician install from the beginning of our project and return one year later to ensure we were satisfied with our service the service technician Bradley was amazing every step of the way. Bradley provided the extra support to ensure we were comfortable with our new system and I am very thankful.

Thomas King was a careful and professional installer, and had a nice outgoing personality. Everything went smooth with no hitches on the install. Thomas helped me set up my phone app as well as my wife’s, who was at work! Thomas left things clean and made sure I understood everything about the system. I love the new components! Diane Higdon made it all happen! Diane has been our sales representative for years and is an absolute pleasure to deal with! She checks on us from time to time to keep us up on new equipment, and always returns my calls when I need her. Both Thomas and Diane are great representatives for ADS.
