Love my pool! Had some communication issues with our Rep throughout that made the process frustrating but i can't say a negative word about the pool or the pool crew. I had a issue with one of my Polaris products not working with my pool. I had a guy named Mitchell that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and even brought up a schematic on the computer to help me understand what I needed. This is the place to go for all your pool needs. Well under the current COVID19 circumstances, we decided to install an in-ground pool since we probably weren’t going anywhere this year. We reached out to Aloha and were immediately impressed with their knowledge and responsiveness even when their store doors are closed.
