The AT&T store on Irvin Cobb Drive, Paducah KY is superb!!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Kasey and Austin are very professional. I needed to add another line for my cellphone service and purchase a new phone. In the process they discovered a line that I was paying each month even though I no longer had that device. They assisted me in removing that from my account which saved me money! I highly recommend this location!

Seth and Austin at the AT&T store on the Southside in Paducah do a great job meeting the needs of customers. They worked tirelessly for 2 hours to activate a new phone for me. It means a lot that they didn’t try to send me to the corporate store or refer me to the 800#. They stuck with it until the issue was resolved. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and great customer service. I would highly recommend either one of them. It is so refreshing to have people who still know what it means to provide customer service in a courteous manner! This is rare in today’s world. Thank you, guys! These guys deserve a bonus!!
