The doctors here are great at explaining your hearing loss and what different types of hearing aids can help you with. They thoroughly test you and help you choose the right solution. They are extra caring and considerate. I love how the office has handled the Covid situation and still made me feel like a valuable patient! Where can you say you were greeted and escorted from the parking lot into the office by a Doctor ( of Audiology)? FANTASTIC \bedside\ manner and service!!!

Dr. Whitney Cope is amazing and really cares about me being able to hear really well, at a price I can afford. She is not pushy in trying to get me to buy the top of the line hearing aids. Dr. Cope even called twice within the two weeks to see how I was adapting to them. I didn’t really know I needed them But after wearing them for a couple of weeks I can really tell a difference in the lack of clarity and “noise” I had been hearing. What a great group of professionals. I was called by a very pleasant and warm person to set up my appointment. When I explained the situation and needed to be seen quickly, they worked me in within days. The reception was very pleasant and efficient. I think there were even a few jokes to make me laugh which I appreciated. Dr.Jared Anderson was warm, friendly and professional. And very thorough. We went through the process and I felt like he left no stone unturned to get the best possible analysis. I see why they have such a great reputation.
