Very Friendly employees which gave great customer service. They put a headlight bulb in for me. They were very quick and to the point about it. All the didn't know how toos, he googled it out and did it effortlessly. Very good people located at this location thats willing to help.

Overall I usually hate having to go here only because it's generally associated with automotive problems however I prefer this store over others of it's type. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, typically. They either have what you need or can have it fairly quick, They rent several tools, and have a rewards program. You can expect to pay a little more on general automotive items but they offer a broader variety and most likely will have what you need. I've traded here since I started driving and will continue.
There is a young man that works at the Jackson Street AZ and his name is Jacob This fine young man is as good as they get I'm telling you. For his age I am totally impressed as he gets the job down and he's totally trustworthy in his judgement. I live about 0.5 miles from another auto parts chain store but sometimes I go the longer distance (about 1.5-mile) or run by there the following day to give him my business because he's really that good!!! Thanks Jacob!!!
