Dr. Jones, Alexa Payne, the nursing staff, and receptionists are AMAZING!! We have never had to wait past our appointment time to be seen and have always been able to get an appointment when needed or reach a provider with questions/concerns. Highly recommend this group!!

Had an appointment time of 5pm. Arrived at 4:50pm. Took 25 minutes standing at the front desk to get checked in. Son was a new patient, so I can somewhat understand it taking longer to check in. However, after 2 hours in the waiting room with my 19 month old son (patient), we were finally called back. We were placed in a room and told the doctor would be in shortly. 40 minutes later, my son is laying in the floor crying. Two and a half hours is too long for a 19 month old to wait to see a doctor. It was 7:30 pm and he was hungry! We decided to leave at that point and never caught a glimpse of a doctor.
