Stayed here for four nights straight and they would never clean the room and fresh towels even when asking the manager twice. The hot buffet breakfast was donuts, toast and frozen burritos. They said it was due to Covid but staff walked around with no masks. Stay two nights through Priceline and manager said if I paid cash the other nights I would get a better deal. I did not. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Real nice place very clean always smell good vacuumed arrived late at night everything was quiet and clean gentleman at the counter was courteous respectful and even may I say a comedian room was clean that's what comfortable didn't have no problems they even allowed our dog took my card information for a dog deposit but never ran it for dog deposit
Room service slim to none had to ask for towels bedding trash to be removed former guest clothing left in dresser. Then had to wait until early afternoon to get room serviced and only after I track down house keeping. People sleeping under a table in laundry room . I'm sure folks with babies wouldn't want them to see that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. THE kicker is I had to pay 82.00 a day for Neglectful Staff & Zero Assistance!!!
PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF ANY HASSLE. Shouldn't even give a single star, but the app requires a star rating. I simply refused to let my family stay here. I have sympathy for the management and staff, which is ridiculously thin because "of a lack of willingness to work," according to the manager. They were attempting to clean the rooms when we arrived...at 11:30 PM. We stayed for less than 30 minutes, then booked rooms directly elsewhere. Priceline should be ashamed that they are allowing anyone to be linked to the Baymont by Windham Paducah. Please, please avoid at all costs.
Disgusting place. Walked into the room and walked back out. Front desk said they wouldn't charge me, but actually did. Food was on the floor, A/C was blowing musty air. Holes in the sheets. I see some 5 star reviews and can only think these are fake reviews. Everything from Chattanooga to st.lous was booked and took a gamble on this hotel and got burned for it.
They need to do some serious cleaning in these rooms. Crumbs were in the drawers. I had a king size bed and the sheets had holes in them. The ice maker was out of service and they had one that was so little it was a joke. I wouldn't stay here again.
I visit Paducah a few times a year and have stayed here quite a few times over the past couple years. The quality has really gone downhill. Especially with the cleanliness. 2020 should be the year where it's stepped up and it has only gotten worse. Hair from past guests clogging the shower. Used utensils on the floor. Watered down Shampoo bottle. Coffee maker but no coffee. Air conditioner on in the winter even though it's 20 outside. But hey, at least they upgraded their toilet paper to the soft stuff
For some reason I had a positive impression of the Baymont brand, at least before this visit. No more positive vibe now! This hotel was pretty ratty. Leftover used molding coffee pack in the coffee machine, cigarette burns and unidentifiable stains on the bed cover, stained walls, grubby carpets, the packaging from a universal car lockout kit left in the room by the previous occupants, etc etc. Very underwhelming! Surely this area of Paducah has other options worth considering, at least until management begins to invest a basic level of TLC into their property and cleaning procedures. The only reason it gets two stars is that the person at the front desk was friendly, even if you had to walk through a cloud of their second-hand smoke at the front entrance to get them.
