Unbelievably bad service, especially from the "Geek Squad". We scheduled having an iPhone battery changed, and after my wife drove an hour for the appointment, they apparently cancelled the appointment without letting her know. My wife made another appointment, only this time I called in advance to make sure they didn't hose us again, and lo and behold they cancelled the appointment again due to the specialist being out. When I asked why they don't call to let people know, his answer was "well we try our best to let people know." Chalk one up for participation trophies and "trying your best is good enough" mindset that has taken over raising the last generation. We will not be returning to Paducah Best Buy for anything whatsoever.

They were on point! From selection of products to amazing customer service, this place rocked! Will definitely do more business here in the future.
They were on the floor offering to help in most areas. Every one had a mask on and they were nice and courteous.
This retail location has seen better days. They are plagued with low or non existent inventory, inflated prices, and extremely scarce staff. They stand as the last bastion of electronics retailers and are fading fast.
Really cool store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Could use coupons for toys or a promotion.
I love best buy, but seriously, just answer your phones. I am not the only one having issues here either. Some people just have simple questions they want to ask and not have to drive half way across town to find out. Wondering if I should just call corporate and help everyone out here. Maybe they can teach these employees of theirs how to answer a phone.
Curtis was absolutely helpful and kind. He explain the technical making of a computer in words that this non-technical woman can understand. He was kind and personable. He was very relatable.
Always love going to this best buy the people are super friendly while I'm there always asking if I need assistance and are very knowledgeable about the questions I've asked and are always willing to order whatever they do not have in store
