So we called to get a ride, and everything was fine until twenty minutes later they call back and say we HAVE TO PREPAY WITH A CARD. No, no. Up yours. That's not how cabs work. It's funny, because I didn't have to do that the last time I used them which was a week ago. I'm not prepaying a cab ride. You will get money when our transaction is finished.

Bluedot has changed and I'm liking it. The 5 bridge fee going over to Ledbetter is no longer. I had a driver in the morning charge me the bridge fee and in the afternoon I had a different driver who later I found out was the owner Dion. I was just chatting with him about the bridge fee and said that's the only thing I don't like about this cab. He sounded genuinely concerned about how I felt about it. I don't think that he receives as many concerns from customers from his drivers that he should. I believe that all drivers shouldl bring any kind of conversation or concerns from the customers to the owners or management. The only problem they have right now is that they're shorthanded and you have to wait a little while. Dion get more cars on the road. Unlike Nicole from chizs cab, Dion seems to really care about customer service and what ppl think about his company
The only thing this company is consistent with is running late. They have rude drivers, and are very unprofessional. It is a poorly run company, with many bad decisions made in the hiring process. To add to all of that, they do not follow a single covid guideline. I would highly advise you only use as an absolute last result.
We've been waiting over 2 hours for them. Repeated calls have given us estimates anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour. They keep saying we're next in line, but they're still not here.
The waiting is too long but they are nice and polite with their customers and I would definitely use them again.
