Do not use this guy to tune your piano. He does not know what he is doing. He came to tune my sister's piano and it was worse than before. He did not bring all his tools to do the job My brother in law is the one that had to take the piano apart and we had to use our own tools to do it. This man has no respect for a godly household. He is very disrespectful. He is in no way a professional. He quoted me a price on the phone and then once he got done he added an additional 75. I paid him the quoted price and after playing the piano refused to pay him the additional 75. ONCE again, DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!!!
