I had tried to take back a hoop that did not fit my embroidery machine. I had bought it 2 years ago, but they had pot the wrong hoop in with my purchases. I didn't need it till here lately. When I took it back, they would not exchange or reimburse me. It was they're mistake. I was very disappointed . It cost me 80 to buy the right one!! I know it had been a while, but they had my receipt and still said it was too long!

They have a large selection of fabrics! The staff is friendly and nice. You use hand sanitizer entering the door so it seems pretty clean.
I did not care for the man that worked the store he watched use like we was going to steal something I have never took anything and I sure not starting now
So tired of the elitest attitudes here. Took my money to English Sew and Vac and found what I needed
We had a short but lovely visit. The staff were welcoming, cordial greeting, super helpful - cut our fabric with a smile. Lovely visit! Keep up the excellent customer service.
