First time visitor..Went there to get a watch repair and they did the repair on the spot. Great service and the gentlemen behind the counter were very courteous and professional. Nice atmosphere. They now have a new customer!

Brought my jewerly in to be sized and a ring they had sized earlier the ring they sized earlier came apart WHERE they fixed it and they charged me to fix a ring that came apart then i went to pick up my other rings and was charged over 300 dollars for sizing they even charged me for a ring i purchased from them i wouldnt recommend them at all over priced! And just out for the money

I had lost my job as well as my apartment during COVID-19 and was needing money to help me along. I had stop in at Carroll's Treasure to sale some of my gold as I was greeted by staff member who was very friendly then I met the owner of the jewelry store as I explained to him what was going on with me he gave me top dollar for my gold but the most precious gold he gave me was encouraging words of Christ our Lord . No precious metal can touch that.
