Robert is a very unprofessional rude human being he ruined my A/C and then decided to put the blame on me and was not even willing to fix what he broke. If you want to pay someone to break your stuff hire this bitter “man”

Josh did an amazing job with working on our furnace. When learned he needed to order a new part, he allowed us to use his space heaters. Not to mention it was so cold with 13f weather.

Tommy was incredibly rude. Did not want to go out on an emergency call where the temperature is 51 degrees in my parents home. I explained to him that he can charge me for double overtime if he would like as I’m stationed in Georgia so I can’t do anything else for my parents. He tried to tell me that they’ve been working in the cold all day and he couldn’t send his guys out so I asked what was the reason for having an emergency number if emergencies were not treated as such. He simply said “I can’t do it” so I got an emergency number from a different company that would actually treat an emergency as an such. Worst business I have ever heard of! Never deal with this company!!
