The first set that was made, was not made correctly. They knew that when they gave them to me, was told not to worry, that they could "adjust them" at the next appointment. That is not what happened. They remade them. Okay, fine, I'm okay with that. I had to be rescheduled multiple times, missing work each time, to get the second set. That still don't fit properly. They never scheduled a time to come back to put a soft liner in them, so MAYBE they could fit better. I paid the higher amount to get what I thought were "better" dentures and a warranty for them for the whole process to have basically screwed me out of 1,900, since they can't seem to make a pair that actually fits. Will not, and do not recommend.

I had very bad tooth pain and they got me right in to do a root canal and They took great care of me. The price was excellent and will definitely be back if I need anything else done.

Good doctors. Poor management. The office manager is toxic and ran his whole team out of the office. I was in there a week ago and only one girl was working and she told me everyone else left. Multiple occasions I have witnessed the manager speak to the assistants inappropriately. He slammed his door when I was there a couple months back. He takes the girls phones and puts it on display in his office. I complained to HR last week concerning all of it. If an entire team of assistants leaves due to management, something is wrong. This man will scam you out of money and is probably running from something back from where he came from. They always add extra onto your balance. The manager is narcissistic and manipulative. I have moved offices now. The assistants are gone and he was adjusting my dentures and he is not even trained to do that. He also has the receptionist up front doing dental assistant work. Will never be back.

I had to drive 186 miles to get to this location ( had move from Memphis TN) my complete denture work was did at the Memphis office. October I made 2 trips to get denture repair. Sitting around for couple hours for repair, they call denture ready for pick up when arrive Sarah was coming out to get her client she stop me I explain what I was there for she told me to wait and brought my denture to me outside the door in a plastic zip lock bag I ask could I come in to wash them off to wear home her respond was wait you have to be check I know the pandemic we all have to be careful but customer service? So rude

Complete upper and lower dentures that I was told that they would be permanent and Almost fifteenth thousand dollars l was not at all satisfied and now 3 months later the bottom dentures are broken in half I went through a lot of pain and these dentures never did fit properly not a happy customer
