If I could leave zero stars I would... hoping no one EVER had to deal with this place. Here you will show up for your appointment and not ONE worker will explain anything about procedures, surgeries, medications or anything related to you or your health. Beyond disgusted with this whole office I literally left there in tears bc no one would explain anything that was happening to me or what would follow a surgery...it’s beyond horrible and in the future I will be taking my health somewhere else. If u have a choice DO NOT waste your energy here.

I went to this office after being diagnosed with a kidney stone. I was assigned to a PA who pulled up my chart, mentioned surgery in two weeks, and sent me home with little or no concern for my understanding or comfort, and sheduled a follow up in a week. When serious pain returned, I called the office and was told to go back to the ER if the pain got too bad. There was never any interaction with the doctor or follow up with the office. I had to go back to my PC physician for additional tests and information. Going to this office was a complete waste of time!

I agree with all the other poor reviews, the office staff was horrible and not willing to help. They had me incorrectly see a PA and messed up the billing which caused a headache with my insurance company. I repeatedly asked to see the doctor and was told I would. They were not willing to work with me to correct their mistake and it cost me money. To sum up, this office is terrible don’t ever go there if you can avoid it.
