I like Drury when traveling with kids because the nightly kickback and breakfast make it easy. Due to Covid, kickback offered less options than usual and they charge 1 for a tiny cocktail. Upon check-in, Lacy was lovely and extremely friendly but I think the friendliness stopped with her. The morning breakfast crew seemed less than happy to be there. Rooms smelled and looked dated. The mattresses and furniture need to be replaced. Our living room furniture was broken down. 2 room suite was nicely sized and had a great set-up. Ants were everywhere in the indoor pool area. There was a birthday party so I'm assuming it's from the food they brought in. I'm honestly surprised this hotel has a 4.6 rating for 130 a night. I've stayed in a lot of Drury hotels and this is by far the most dated. Has an 80's vibe going on.

I booked here because of the great reviews. However, my experience was not the same. For 100 per night, the accommodations, service and overall atmosphere of this hotel were quite disappointing and underwhelming. My room was dirty. The front desk said they were fully booked and no other rooms were available, so I cleaned it with lysol spray and wipes. The floor and sofa required a vacuum cleaner which I did not have. There was plenty of noise coming from the elevators and hallway areas as well as the room across the hall with the door propped opened with a chair and a box fan blowing out into the hallway. While some of the staff were quite friendly, others definitely were not. Breakfast and kickback evening food services are provided free of charge. However, the food quality is poor. The evening servers were friendly but the breakfast server was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I'm attaching pics of the filth in my room. This hotel experience was definitely not worth 200 for 2 nights. Never again. I'm glad all the folks who gave these rave reviews enjoyed their stays. Unfortunately, I guess I'm not privileged to the same experience.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. The shower was amazing for my hair, the room layout was great for having kids, the bed was comfortable, there were a ton of pillows, free breakfast and dinner, really nice receptionist, pretty quiet at night, the sofa bed was actually pretty comfortable, good pick of restaurants nearby...I could go on. I definitely will be back! If you're a parent, the king suite had a partition between the king bed "room" and the living area with the sofa bed. Which is AWESOME and totally rare to find in a hotel. Stay here if you have kids.

Great service. Had an issue at check in and they were super helpful and they even went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Would stay here again in a second! Clean and quiet. Covid safe.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a fantastic servong area for food and a bar for alcoholic beverages that is a popular destination for adults staying at the hotel. Pool is a bit small and can get crowded quickly.

No masking or enhanced cleaning protocols going on here at all. Groups gathering in every square inch of the public spaces and no masks in site. And by their own admission, there was absolutely no enforcement by management for any COVID precautions. Just a sign at the door and nothing more. Poor housekeeping by any standards. Bring your own sanitizing wipes for the door knobs, towel bars, countertops, etc.

They take 2 dogs per room and charge 35. There happy hour is 5:30-7:00 Central time. Breakfast varies per day of the week and the food is delicious and Covid conscious!!
