I have only had a couple of appointments so far but have had several interactions with this office over the past few months. Everything that was explained to me went right as I was told. I had an issue with needing to reschedule an appointment and it was handled promptly and without any complications. Also I had an issue my 1st appointment with using the patient portal and my paperwork that was needed before I could be seen was not completed due to the issue with the app. Even though they're policies say I shouldn't have been able to be seen Stormy worked out the problem so I could be seen and not have to reschedule. My first procedure was great and I'm going this morning for my 2nd trial and I am confident it will go just as well. Also, the gentleman, James, who starts the IVs is the best I've ever had. I am so impressed with Dr. Ruxor that I have made an appointment for him to do my 16 yr old daughter's botox treatment for her migraines. Kudos to this doctor and his staff. 5 stars all around!!

Went 1 time and saw Dr.Ruxor only to have him not only refuse to treat me, but have him call me a liar in spite of not knowing me AT ALL. And when I told him I absolutely didn't want the drug he offered to prescribe me he refused to contact the Dr. who had referred me to find out if I was telling the truth about trying that med and returning 100 tablets of that very medicine. He claimed that "No one would ever do that!" In my experience, a terrible "pain doctor".

When I first come to meet Dr. Ruxer an his staff, you could not ask for more caring an compassionate people. The one on one care to each patient was special. I have been to different dr's an I truly believed I had met some special dr's an nurses an staff members. Up until 4 months ago an then the care an compassion an listening to the patients needs an concerns are not important anymore. If a problem arises it is automatically the patients fault an harsh actions are taken against that patient. If the staff possibly made a mistake oh well its a WE ARE SORRY an then no matter if it inconvenience the patient, the patient is exoected to accept it an adjust. Example as follows: I had recently been exposed to covid on February 22nd of this year. I had an injection on the 24th. I called that morning an told one of the girls i would not be able to come because of this an would let them know when i did an reschedule. I was talking an i told her how much the staff meant to me. There were 2 girls that especially was so sweet an they were twins. She told me they were her daughters an thanked me for expressing my thoughts. NOW, the reason I am telling this is because I had a injection on March 31st an when I arrived I was told I had to pay a 150 no show fee. I ask when was this an i was told Feb. 24th.22. I said no I called in. I also told them my conversation. It did not seem to matter because I wasnt allowed to get my injection. WHY WOULDNT THEY LOOK AT THE DISAGREEMENT OF THIS CHARGE AN NOW THAT I WOULD NOT KNOW THIS PERSONAL INFORMATION OF A STAFF MEMBER UNLESS I WAS TOLD THIS BY A STAFF MEMBER. I am so upset an have been unable to sleep at all. I called my phone company an got the proof of my calls on Feb 22 at 1:40pm for 2:21 seconds an then my call must have dropped becauae i called back an talked 5 min an 27 seconds. I am not going to let this go!!!! I have no problem getting anything i need when i know i did not do wrong!!!!!! Sandy Sullivan

First of all My Doctor that had been seeing me for a year or so left the clinic without informing me that he was leaving. I went to Appointment to be told that I didn't have a appointment that day but I had a Appointment card with that day so I was told to come back in 4 days needlessly to say I got there and again I was told my Appointment was not in the computer site make along nightmare of a day short I ask for my record be sent to another clinic several people assured me that they had faxed them to the other clinic but I didn't get seen at new doctors office Because Noone Has Faxed my records Today I was Told Again that The Records had Been Sent But They Have Not. PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE FAX MY RECORDS SO I CAN SEE A DOCTOR AND GET MY MEDICINE...

This is the most thoughtless doctor I've ever dealt with....by far!!! I have to pay someone 50. To take me there and back, on the tiny amount of money I have to live on to begin with. But then I get a call today telling me that I need to come in and get a pill count done???? Well this inconsiderate doctor couldn't do something for me cause he was gone from the office taking his child to school. I waited around Paducah for 3 hours only to be told no he wouldn't call my prescription in cause I was leaving town right from my appointment. I was told it would be called in between 4-5 that evening. We'll I unfortunately couldn't barely walk and was supposed to be attending a surprise party for my disabled neices 16th birthday 6 hours north. Obviously that got canceled as I had to wait and drive all the way back to Clinton only to talk to the pharmacy until 5:30 that night....nope, nothing called in!!! This is very poor business and not thoughtful at all. Then you call me today and expect me to jump and find someone to drive me to Paducah for a pill count??? Just wrong!!! Then threaten me with not prescribing me anymore if I don't go...what a joke!
