They are NOT following protocol for handling the claims in the order they were recieved!!! A friend who filed a month after me has already been contacted and is being helped, I have still never been contacted at all. Absolutely rediculous and illegal.

Trying to post a job opening and have called 15 times in last 2 hours. Keeps saying busy so try again. Not good. Hate to complain but they should at least have it where employers can leave a contact.
Just called seeking assistance, and got hung up on. You're better off doing things yourself and not asking for help.
