Would give less than one star if I could. A driver came into the building i work at without a mask and refused to put one on. I tried to call and ask about it but only got put with \customer service\ in another country. Glad Fedex doesn't take Covid seriously. Im sure all those packages youre bring in your homes are *very* safe....

I have no words for the amount of frustration that I have for FEDEX right now. This happens to me all the time. Ive called, Ive filed claims, Ive painted the numbers on my house so large you can see them from a mile away and this still happens. It is to the point now that when I order something if it is shipped by FEDEX I dont even order it anymore. How hard is it to check the address on the house with the address on the label? The last time I called FEDEX in Paducah the lady and the supervisor both said, oh yeah we know exactly where that is, there is NO reason your packages aren't going to the right place!!! And that was for an order in APRIL that I am still trying to get fixed. Save yourself the time, and money don't use FEDEX

Driver did not honk the horn or knock on my door for 2 days I waited on these packages for 2 days, I call and get East Texas, I cant even get the local existing number, so the driver can bring it back because they WILL NOT LET ME COME PICK UP MY OWN PACKAGE, if I could leave 0 stars I would I had to leave 1 so I could comment.....

This place is so behind they don't know if your package is at the store or on a truck drove all the way from Murray ky to get my package due to the fact that it was pending on delivery due to weather conditions. Got there and they said my package was on a truck in Murray but not for delivery and didn't know when it would be. Pour management and not enough scans to know where my stuff is.

The company I ordered from uses fedex. We had bad weather, but the package still made it to memphis, but it was downhill from there. it waited for 2-3 days in memphis and arrived in paducah. I was given a message this morning saying it was ON THE TRUCK for DELIVERY for today, but then a few minutes ago it said that my delivery time is unavailable in a text to me. I'm just like???? Paducah is literally like 30-45 mins away and it was supposed to be on the truck at 11:31 am? I could have picked it up faster than that delivery! So i called them and now they don't know what's going on and had to make a ticket to figure it out and now i have to -wait- to hear back from them whenever they get to me. The roads are clear enough to make it here this many hours! I could have made it to their facility and back by now. Talking to customer support doesn't even know what's going on either. There's no sense in this.
