Great, clean store. I know some of the other reviews said the customer service was not that good, but I disagree. They really helped me out the several times I have been there, even today. They have great stuff for dirt cheap. I come here to scope out the latest My Little Pony products they have from time to time, and they had a few things that were NEVER released in the USA before! I will definitely continue coming here for my collection!

I was super excited for this store. But even though the store is clean the people are friendly they have all self checkouts except for one which wasn't even an option when I was there and only one of the self checkouts uses cash. You still have to wait in line which was not marked very well on how to even get to the registers. I dont mind a self check out but not if that's all your going to have.

The pricing on everything was fine, but the customer service was OUTRAGEOUS! There was a big line at the cash only line and no one at the card stations. The nice family in front of us was paying and the cashier accidentally typed in the wrong amount of change. So she called the manager to come and fix the system. First of all, she wouldn’t even come out of her office to help. Someone had to go and get her. After she finally came out to do her job, she preceded to go and fix a deserted card station that no one was using, instead of helping a huge, long line. She literally sat there waiting for it to “load” for around 15 minutes while there was no progressing in the line. After she fixed the card machine that no one was using, she took 15 SECONDS to fix the cash register. It was a total waste of time with the customer service, and we will NOT be coming back.
