We felt very welcomed on our first appointment. From the staff on the phone when we called to set up the appointment, to the tech that came out to get Cooper and bring him back to the car, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We received a call while waiting from Dr Flanary describing every step they took during his check up and how he was doing. She made sure he was getting the proper tests and care for his age. She was so kind and ready to answer any questions we had. We are so glad we switched!

I live out of town and was in Paducah visiting family. We brought our puppy with us on this visit and the flight up was not fun. Piper was whiny the whole way. I visited Flanary Veterinary as a referral from my family, and I happen to go to school with the doc, to get something to help us on the way home. A little background about my puppy, she does not like new people, she is very territorial. When the assistants came to pick up Piper from us at the car, Piper did not hesitate to go with them. They were amazing! Since she was due for her rabies shot, we did an all in one visit. the staff was amazing, and the price was a great value. I highly recommend this office for any pet need you might have.

Dr Flanary is just as loving, caring, and awesome as I remember from prior to my moving away 20 years ago. She has always been wonderful with my fur babies so glad she is still there now that I'm back in town with my new fur babies. I'll never take my fur babies to anyone else as long as Dr Flanary is an option. My Freya came out after her visit with Dr Flanary so happy and feeling good. She seemed like she had a completely different attitude on the way out than she did on her way in. Dr Flanary made her feel at ease and comfortable despite her being scared to leave the car at first.
