The intake process here was great. I didn’t realize exactly what “intake” meant and initially didn’t see the good that the process did for me. I really like the counselors that I have dealt with here so far. The crisis help line people could improve, as well as the front desk staff, they made me feel uncertain about the services that are offered at this facility. I look forward to working with the counseling staff members here going forward. Thanks for your help.
