Worst experience. They watched me struggle to walk with a severely hurt ankle, they did nothing and had a wheel chair they didn't offer. I needed x-rays. They didn't have that service. They sent me somewhere else where I 'might not have to pay a copay' for x-rays I needed. Woman said if x-rays show that ankles not broken then to just elevate and ice. And if it's broken they couldn't take care of me and they would send me somewhere else. I paid them to do nothing. When I left i went straight to The Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky. Where they told me they do appointments only, I was able to walk in. These people were cold, unkind, wasted my time and money.

Went in first time they talked a great talk. Said everything I wanted to hear. I stressed there was a medication I can not take. They promised they would not put me on this medication after labs come in. What do they do they call me to tell me they were putting me on the medication stressed I can not take and they promised they would not prescribe. They did not offer an alternative. But did ”make an appointment for me to come in.” Only when I went into my appointment I was refused to be seen and it is a walk-in clinic as well as you make an appointment. Yeah, do not recommend this place. They don’t listen and apparently will refuse to see you when you have an appointment.

Our family started going here on an occasional basis about 3 or 4 months ago. The staff are always friendly and professional. The hours here are very \friendly\ too. They are open 7 days a week and stay open late. Open 7-7 Monday through Friday and 8-4 on Saturday and Sunday. We have had to wait very little time in the waiting room and the visits are short but thorough. Most of our visits have been without an appointment. They seem to \cater\ to their patients, an art that has been lost in the medical field for years.

Very cozy clinic, great staff, very helpful. Took us in with no appointment on Sunday afternoon just before closing. We are just travelling thru the state and got sicker. The nurse practitioner Kathy was very knowledgeable and nice. Cheap walk in fee, wish we had place like this in Florida!!!
