Both guys were helpful and explained the games to us so we knew more about what we were looking for.
We shop here quite a bit. The staff is always super helpful and fun. They have great attitudes and are willing to do whatever they can to help. Today they helped me with a game I had pre-ordered for my grandson. I had reserved it online and wasn't sure if I could purchase it their. They made a call to the other store and made it happen for me. Saved me a trip across the street and an extra stop. Great place to shop!

I asked if I could simply see the Kinect, I was about to buy, plugged in and work properly. The girl assisting me was rude and telling me no she couldn't. Then she changes her mind, but not her tone, and is sighing loudly, stomping the whole way, to go plug in a xbox. I finally said forget it, "I'll order it online. (their job)
