Living at the Greenway Trail Apartments was a dream this last year! It feels like living at a vacation resort year round. Amenities like Granite Counter Tops, beautiful scenery and Access to a pool and gym were incredible. Kids play here like it’s 1980! They run around on bikes and play together and bring each other pure joy! The apartment staff even through awesome parties!! Halloween, Fourth or July, just because!

Good neighborhood and good neighbors. Also the property manager and maintenance workers have professional services. If you need something only give one call and they respond to that on time. Apartments are nice, clean and built perfectly. I lived there for one year. My family and I loved Greenway village apartments. Thank you!
We have lived here over four years and have truly enjoyed it. The manager, Lauren, goes out of her way to meet any needs you may have. If you ever have an issue all you need to do is either turn it in on the website portal or call the office and it is taken care of immediately. The property is always very well manicured. The pool is a wonderful place to spend time in spring, summer and fall Greenway village is very pet friendly but monitors making sure pet waste is picked up. There is also a great walking trail behind the complex and fabulous weight room and exercise equipment. I highly recommend living here.
I’ve loved living at Greenway Village this past year. Nicest apartments in Paducah. Excellent customer service, sometimes even same day service for the rare work order. They monitor the neighborhood, keep the grounds nicely manicured and buildings clean! I highly recommend Greenway Village Apartments.
