I don’t usually post reviews. Ordered a 6 pack of goose shells. Only 5 came in the box. Called customer service. Kile answered and was super easy to talk to. 2 minutes later I emailed him the problem per his request. 2 minutes after that I got a copy of my free replacement shell being ordered. Nice job Kile and Higdon outdoors. Awesome customer service.
