The staff was wonderful; however, the room had a smell, the shower curtain was sour, the stool was not clean, and the fitness center was closed and used as storage. This was not the quality I'm used to in a Holiday Inn Express.

Nice hotel and the rooms are very clean. During Covid they provide a warm breakfast which they serve to you upon request. Very good freeway access with restaurants nearby. Interior of the rooms and hotel are a little dated—not new Holiday Inn Express design and decor that one might expect.
Rooms were clean and area was great for a good night's rest. Well lit parking lot and access to anything needed nearby. Will definitely stay here again if ever traveling through.
Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, breakfast, convenient. Have stayed here many times. HIE my go-to motel. Better than ES Crown Plaza Springfield.

Immaculate, newer hotel that is very comfortable! Great breakfast and fresh cookies at front desk. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. It is in a great location that has good lighting and safe. We stayed while passing through, but will be back.
We have stayed here a few times. We are never disappointed. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The cookies are amazing! The lady who does the breakfast in the morning is awesome!
I cannot say enough about the room and the staff. Both were excellent! We stayed last Wednesday, and again on Sunday. My new home when traveling through this area.
