Spent 1600 on a procedure to fix my gum line on one tooth. Took over a year of driving there and having to take off work for the procedure to fail and they tell me sometimes that happens. They said there was enough tissue there now the tooth would be ok. Well it looks almost identical to the first day I went. Don’t see how that was worth 1600!!!!! Would NEVER recommend them! In response to the office’s response. WOW. Don’t you think you should have talked to me about alternate treatments at my last visit? Since you said at my second to last visit that is what we would do! What I got was a two second look at my gum with some mumbling and walked out the door. Then left the lady to tell me there would be no follow up, there was enough gum built up so the tooth would be fine and essentially sorry you paid 1600 for nothing but sometimes that is what happens!! No I don’t think I will be wasting anymore time or money in your office, but you can feel free to send me some of my money back for the failed procedure! I will be waiting .

The lady that answered the phone 7/22 was rude to me. I do not like the way my mother (a patient there) is getting treated. I’m filing a report with the better business bureau.
