Charlie was Outstanding! He told us first what he thought was wrong with the faucet and explained in detail what he was going to do to check it. He found that the main pipe was stopped up and showed us a pic of a similar pipe that he thought was the problem. It was nice to see a visual of what it might look like and was very helpful. He used a rooter and then went under the house to finish the job. He was very informative and very nice. I will definitely call, Ivitts Plumbing for any further work. Thank you, Charlie.

Called for em to come fix flooded crawl space from a busted pipe. Said we were #2 on the list the next day. Nobody showed, not even a call. Next day? Nothing still. Very unreliable & unprofessional. I don't give a damn what u can fix. Your a business, act like it.
There's a 39 fee for them to come take a look at the problem or to give you a quote. They seem professional on the phone, but I didn't use them.
