My father had his car towed from a wreck this Sunday. The following day we went to retrieve his belongings. The staff was friendly and easy to get along with. The thing that could have turned into an issue was the large dent on the opposite side than the wreck. We couldn't figure it out at first. See a balck SUV ran a red light and hit him in the driver's side. We finally noticed a red dent in his white van matched the white dent on the red car parked beside it. Yup, they struck another car with his when unloading. We were blessed that the car was considered totaled two days later or we could have had an issue with this. So I wouldn't say don't use them. The ones we dealt with were nice... just keep an eye out in case a driver for them adds damage is all.
Usually go to pro collision but heard that jasons was cheaper and I see why when I showed up the hemi signs weren’t on my car and the front bumper lip was still hanging off after it had been “fixed” supposedly after pulling off the lot noticed my windshield fluid shooters were not even connected and my front curb stopping lip hadn’t even been replaced jus all around terrible job on my car never will go here again always choose pro collision people please!!
I’ve used them and they did okay body work. Whoever did it smoked in my car and I remember that. However they have a very unprofessional employee named Junior. He is affecting my job my business and flips me off in the Jason’s collision company truck. So I will never do business there again and will never recommend that business to my customers again. So at this time I can’t recommend this business.
