Sales people were wonderful. I showed them a picture of a ring that my girlfriend's friend found that my girl loved. Even though they didn't have that exact ring they had plenty of options and I found one that was perfect for her. Even after I swiped my card and signed on the line. They still were friendly as ever. Even the people who weren't directly involved in the sale. Thank you for helping me find that perfect ring.

Terrible experience and very poor customer service. They had no problem working on ring and resizing a few months prior, but when a diamond needed to be re-set they refused work because it wasn't purchased at their store even though it was a J.B. Robinson ring. I was more then willing to pay. I just want to extend a big thank-you to Zales who was eager to help me in anyway. Can't wait to pick up the ring when Zales finishes the work. I wouldn't recommend JB Robinson Jewelers at the Ky Oaks Mall location to anyone.
