When helping someone buy a vape an employee should know the difference between colors. Also should know the difference in coils when helping a customer purchase the items. Apparently you can't return anything even if it's not opened. Very dissatisfied! (They ended up allowing this issue to be resolved. Giving 2 stars instead of one.)

Great service and great wonderful polite employees! In particular an employee named tashia is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the business! Love this place!
Kicking Ash Vape Shop was great!! The customer service and help I received from a young lady whose name I believe is Taisha was the absolute best by anyone I've come across in a very long time. She was very patient with me, answered all my 300 questions and her recommendations were spot on. I'll be going back there every time, thanks to Taisha.
They were supposed to be open til 7 but they are inside with the door locked having a good ole time that's fine I'll take my buisness down the road to cloud 9 you should too!
