I have been to this clinic multiple times and every time has been amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly, I feel so confident leaving my baby girl Olive with them. They helped me through one of the hardest days of my life when I lost my Ellie and were patient and kind, and now they help me with my new baby and the service has been nothing short of perfection! I love this clinic and it’s staff!

Love each and everyone there, they are great with my Mastiff and now with my Bullypit. Always efficient and helpful. Make me feel like a good pet mom. Thanks LOAC crew!

They were very professional. As soon as I got there they were very prompt and attentive to my dog, Missys needs. I had actually been to two other vets earlier that morning. When I arrived at Lone oak Animal Clinic I immediately knew I was at the right place.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about 5 years. Thanks to Dr. Williams, he will NOT be back. I’ve spent a lot of money here and other vets trying to get to the bottom of his skin problem. No solution ever, but one of the prescriptions Simplicef did work temporarily. He was just seen a little over a month ago and paid over 240. I requested a refill on his pet pro and when I called to tell them I was on my way, they hadn’t even checked the prescription. After being on hold 10 minutes, the receptionist tells me that Dr. Williams would not refill it until I made another visit. So she wants to see him again just to charge an office visit. Meanwhile my dog is suffering until I can find another vet to see him. Hopefully I can find one to cure the problem and not just keep charging me office visits for temporary fixes. Too bad Dr. Stratmeyer is no longer there. She was one of the best.
