The food was outstanding, as it always has been. The staff were friendly and efficient. However, it seemed like there should have been more people on duty for the volume of customers on a Sunday afternoon. Tables were limited due to state restrictions, and many tables were piled with the remains of a previous meal. We had to bus a table ourselves to have a place to sit. When we left, the tables were still untouched.

I have been unsatisfied in the past, but today service was quick, employees were super nice. The food was great and the tea was fresh. The restaurant was clean and not very crowded when I arrived. They got very busy shortly after, but food still seemed to come quickly. Restrooms were not super clean, but they weren't grody. I will definitely go again.
I used to LOVE McAlister's. Sadly my last 2 meals have been very disappointing. Best part of the meals was the pickle and my sweet tea.

Pretty good food. The staff is superb. This plays so busy though you will wait forever to get to the desk to order. Not their fault though.

The food is good but high on the price line for a deli vs quality. If you're looking for a high quality deli sandwich for ten plus bucks, I'd visit Kerchoffs in lower town
The french dip is delicious! It is my fave for sure! Always fresh, the potato salad is also very good. They have a nice menu selection, and quick and easy curbside pickup.
