Courteous security guards. Helpful people at property and deeds office.

Went there today, was barely able to get into the door, before the security guard told me to put on a mask, so I did, no problem, I told him i need to get my driver's license address updated, which he said I could do, and I also told him I need to get my vehicle registered. He then told me I had to wait outside out front of the courthouse for vehicle registration there were about 30-40 people waiting outside in the 90 degree heat, several older (70-80 year old) people were also stuck outside waiting in the heat, I simply figured they didn't want to do business, they claim it was to help reduce spread of coronavirus, however making everyone wait outside in a gaggle at the front door isn't going to help reduce the spread of corona virus, these people simply don't want to do business, they'll be lucky if one of those older people doesn't drop dead from the heat while waiting for their turn.
