They will never get my business again!!! We went in about a month ago to pick out a tux for prom. They told us that it would be ready the day before. So we went the day before prom and whenever it came in, the vest was the wrong color. The associates acted like they could care less that it was wrong and told me that they couldn’t do anything but told me if I had come in the day before that they could have, although they told us to be there that day. The associates were terrible, and we ended up having to go to a local tux place to get a vest on the day of prom because they couldn’t fix their mess up.

What we thought was a great experience has turned into a horrible experience since the day we came in to get the groom fitted for the wedding. We were told he would get his suit for free since there were 5 other rentals, and that wasn’t true, and then it’s less than 2 months out from the wedding and the correct ties were not even ordered. It always seems to be one thing after another with this place.
It's a good place to go if you need a new suit or have a formal event coming up
I purchased several suits for my son’s wedding, my younger son’s suit didn’t fit. The store manager, Neal, went above and beyond to assist me timely to make sure the lil “jr groomsman” had a perfect fit! Also-eased mama’s mind and eased some of my stress! Neal wasn’t even working today, he came in for an interview but stayed at the store and waited for me for over 30 min after I called to make sure I was taken care of. Best customer service ever! Great customer service. Decent prices..
Went in today and was completely ignored by the sales rep. Stood around for about 15 minutes and left. Went to Ann's Bridal instead and was helped immediately and had a wonderful experience. Skip this this place if you can help it and go to Ann's.
It was a pretty good place, nice atmosphere, and a great store mananger.
Did not have what I wanted. I don't know how they call it a warehouse
