This hospital and it's wonderful staff saved my husband life. Dr o, Rourke a fantastic heart surgeon did a fantastic job on him if it was not for them he would not be alive today. It's a clean hospital and very compassionate. I will not go to any other place but Lourdes hospital Paducah KY.

My 96 year old father was transferred there from Baptist Health for Rehab after he broke his hip. The physical and occupational therapist did an awesome job and 10 days after he was admitted there, he was discharged home. In addition, they allowed my 90 year old mother to stay in the room with him and even provided a small refrigerator for his room so we could put snacks in for them. A special thanks to Sonja, the floor nurse that was especially kind. Again thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This is a review of my wife's ER visit. Doctor and nurse were okay, wait time was faster than expected and treatment helped my wife. 350 co-pay (I'm a Lourdes Bon Secour employee with company insurance that costs me 180 per month who takes home less than 10 per hour) nearly gave me a heart attack. Healthcare in the U. S. is dysfunctional and no thanks to Bon Secours for trying to make it more affordable or better. I couldn't spend a week's pay on the co-pay, so I'll talk to the financial assistance people to see what kind of scam they try to pull to steal more of my hard-earned money. Shame on BonSecours for portraying their corporation as a Christian organization when they're so brazenly about profits. The ER staff was about what I expected but I guess administration charges through the roof to heal the sick. I should've went to Baptist. Also learned that neither CVS nor Walgreens takes Lourdes/BonSecours prescription insurance. Just great when CVS is the only 24 hour pharmacy around.

Do not trust them with your life. High malpractice going on. Almost died here. Nurses and staff are too busy playing angry birds and being on Facebook.

The care was outstanding. The security that escorted me upstairs was very unprofessional and doesn’t have a place in a setting like that.
