The billing department is terrible and making contact with anyone is impossible. I set up financial assistance and after a month I still cannot get a hold of anyone. I’ve been put on hold for a ridiculous length of time. On top of that their call back service immediately puts you on hold instead of putting you right through to a rep. I was not allowed to make changes to an auto pay because I can’t afford the bill. I have never seen a business that doesn’t allow a customer to make changes/delete automatic payments! Fair warning DO NOT sign up for auto pay because no one will help you make changes. I have cancelled all future appointments with any doctor connected to Mercy Health. I plan to do the same for my family.

DR.WRIGHT IS A AWESOME DOCTOR!!! I WOULD REFER HIM TO ANYONE!!! HE IS A GREAT LISTENER AND VERY THROW!!! IF I HAD TO DESCRIBE HOW WONDERFUL HE IS. I COULD NOT!!! Excellent care from staff, nurses and Dr. Alex Wright, very respectful and the care is outstanding, I had to see my doctor right away after I was in the emergency, he was on vacation, so they let me see another doctor, Dr. Murphy, excellent care, Dr. Wright is an excellent doctor, I've been seeing him for several years and I will never change, Mercy Health Care is awesome, very respectful from front desk receptionist to the nurses and doctors, I highly recommend going to Mercy Health Care and getting treated by these physicians especially by Dr. Alex Wright.

Dr. Steven McCullough is my primary care physician. I have had 14 plus physicians in the past 18 years but Dr. McCullough is tops for me. He has a strong background as a physician but is also experienced as a specialist. He chose primary care as his niche and it shows in his caring demeanor for me as his patient. Practicing medicine as a primary care physician is where he belongs and I am grateful for his practice.
