Recently moved to KY, not having established a primary caregiver I went to this facility. I was told they would not help me as my concern is currently being treated with medicine. I was told to go to ER. Please, before you waste people’s time and money list the criteria on the door of what you will and won’t treat. If I had wanted the ER I would have gone there first. Coming from a large city to small town it’s evident that healthcare is lacking as well common sense and manners.

I just want to say you want to give a refresher course of professionalism with the urgent care. Once we left I was waiting for my daughter to leave the restroom and the healthcare provider didn't know we hadn't left and I heard her discussing her opinion about our mother/daughter relationship, how she thought I was weird for being precautionary of a low-grade fever for 2 days, and how she told me she couldn't see a reason for her symptoms so we she thought I should \just pay my co-pay and leave.\ I am a healthcare provider myself so I want her to know I heard you. That was VERY unprofessional. And I hope you worry more about treating patients instead of gossiping and snickering with your coworkers in the future.

Wouldn’t see my husband while still in their listed opening hours. Locked door and a sign saying he needed to be checked in 30 minutes prior to closing. If you lock your doors at 5:30, post your open hours as ending at 5:30! We drove from half an hour away only to be turned away due to a printed sign taped to the door.
