MCY&S assisted me with my Social Security disability case. Twice denied before, the facts of my case were unchanged. I had the same diagnosis, the same doctor recommendations and reports, and the same test results. The ONLY difference was that I was represented by MCY&S. We went through the hearing process. Gregory Smith and his staff guided me through the process and prepared me for the hearing. I was fully approved following the hearing and I'm confident that being represented by MCY&S was the reason for the approval. The system is designed to deny benefits.
