We took our trailer here to be winterized and it saved our relationship! This was our first winterizing with our new rv. Low and behold the pump wouldn’t siphon! The tech predicts the valve was installed backwards but we they the job done by another method. We would never have figured out about the valve on our own....yikes, I hate to think how our frustration could have gotten heated. Everyone was so nice about letting us watch so we could so it on our own next time, too! Photos show supplies in case you’re in a bind; mostly for emergencies.

Was supposed to open at 10 on Saturday but no one showed up. We had been at Trader's Mall and drove past, I did not think to look for a website... But, a note on the door would have been great!

My husband and I purchased a camper from them in late August. We were told it would be a week before we could get it because they wanted to go thru it and make sure everything worked and was good. We didn't need a walk thru because we had owned campers before but apparently we should have. The shower didn't work, neither did the heat. We have spent approximately 500 fixing items that should have been fixed prior to us picking it up. The inside definitely had not been cleaned prior to us picking it up either, as we found items left over from the previous owners. We feel let down for the money we paid. Although we are glad that we have the camper, we sincerely wish we had kept looking even if it meant not getting one this year. Maybe it was a fluke that our camper seemed to have slipped thru the cracks, but it was enough that it left a bad taste in our mouths and I don't think I could recommend this place to anyone. Others may have better experiences with them and that is great, I would hope that is the case. We just didn't have a good experience.

Bought our 4th rv from New World. The staff was wonderful to talk with and deal with. Just had service done and have never had better service from any other dealer. Highly, highly, highly recommend if you are buying or need service on an rv, this is the dealer to go to.
