Only thing I could recommend is that if a patient is going to be seeing a doctor other than their usual doctor, perhaps let the patient know ahead of time if possible. Dr. Travis was 100% nice and professional, however I have seen Dr. Owens for years and was expecting to see him, we trust him and love seeing him! I understand that emergencies come up, would just like to know if there is going to be a change, even if it's when I'm already there. All the staff there is great, but Tammy was WONDERFUL!!! I am very indecisive but with her helping me pick out glasses, I left more satisfied than I ever have been with the frames that I got... needed 3 pair and she never got frustrated, was extremely patient with me! Really appreciated the time she spent and her honesty!! Very sweet lady! The whole staff is friendly and thorough, they made sure to sanitize often. Highly recommend these doctors!

The eye doctor took their time to do the exam . No evidence of a cookie cutter approach to your prescription. So many stylish designs to choose from in the optical store but I didn't have to choose form over function. Perfect fit and style in under 5 minutes. It normally takes an hour.
