We have had a wonderful experience with orkin. Our exterminator is so polite and professional and always shows up on time. He always has a plan to get rid of our pests and takes the time to explain what he is using and why. We have pets and a small child and everything he uses is safe around them. I would highly recommend.

I was surprised to find out that Orkin provides not only pest control, but home insulation, crawl space encapsulation, gutter protection, etc. Of all the contractors and businesses I’ve dealt with, Orkin is by far the most responsive and professional. I highly recommend Orkin for home and pest issues!!

Very good workers and the chemicals really helped get rid of my spider problem. The last provider I used could not solve this issue whereas Orkin solved in very quickly. I do not like the automated scheduler though (I have to always call and change the date/time of the next visit). Other than that it is totally worth it to go with Orkin.

Update 12-30-2020: After a call from the regional manager, an appointment was made for services again. Jerry, the Technician came to perform services on my home and arrived early. He actually came and performed the services I’ve known Orkin to provide. I appreciate the prompt response and I will definitely continue to use Orkin.

dont use this company. They used unethical methods of poison distribution. They tossed poison blocks without bait boxes. If any children or pets are in or near your home use a different company. It all appeared to be great until the rodents infiltrated our home. Not only over charging but also not doing their job. We found out after finally having other pest control companies work that they did not thoroughly check our home for mouse activity. Dont let first impressions fool you. At first we were very happy with their job but after weeks of no change in our situation we had to make numerous calls to get someone out. When one of their workers came out he tossed poison in our cabinets and our crawl space without bait boxes or any protection for our little one and pets. They sent their manager out to clean up the poison blocks but only after our calling once more
