Best service and better battery's then any other place they will check it fix it or replace it and protect it from further damage and if ur in the car stereo world they have the best wire, connectors, terminals would always go there 1st.

Very excellent customer service. We were coming from Illinois and running late and they stayed past closing time to accommodate us. We will definitely recommend to others and be back again!

Called to see if had battery for keyfob. They did. Called back to see if they provided curbside service and he hesitated and said no. Told him would take service elsewhere. Little did he know the plan was to purchase much much more than just a small battery. Business lost a sale for simply having a worker not wanting to bring the purchase outside even though website says curbside offered.

I needed a battery today. Mine died in my car last night, and this store is one of the few that I stopped at in order to find a replacement battery. I was greeted by a sales associate, and I asked a question regarding what battery I needed because I have never bought one before. Keep in mind, I do all the work on my car, so something like this peaks my interest. He immediately drags me over to a desk to find the battery I need. OK. This is good, I'm getting closer to finally finding my battery right? So they bring out a few batteries, and name some prices. The cheapest battery measures 450 CCA, and the more expensive one 540 CCA. I'm told a used version of the expensive one in the back he just tested is measuring 464 CCA. He was "measuring" the CCA with this little handheld... but it didn't sound right to me. I tinker with a lot of electronics, and this device just didn't make sense to me... was it simulating the current draw from a car crank? Then it dawned on me. Even if it was simulating the crank of a car, CCA is measured at 0F (according to battery labels). In order to test the actual CCA, even if it was simulating a crank, the battery would have to be 0F. How on earth is his little device also instantly turning the battery to 0F, while also instantly bringing it back to room temperature? Because it was fake. It was a ruse to convince me to buy what they wanted me to buy. Go ahead, look up proper CCA testing, it doesn't take seconds, or even hours. It takes weeks, and you also need to chill the battery for 24 hours before you can even test it. I usually never feel the need to write a review about a place, but I was astonished to see it had such a high rating and good reviews for how terrible my experience was from start to finish, when all I got was a few clowns playing tricks on me for 5 - 10 minutes.
