We had an appointment to have our carpets cleaned this morning at 10am because we are moving into our new house tomorrow. Paducah Steem called and said they couldn’t come because it was raining and they couldn’t take the chance of their workers getting sick. He sounded like a teenager trying to make an excuse not to come to work. It was pathetic. Keep in mind, the rain is about over. He did offer to come tomorrow but we have a strict timeline of when our carpets needed to be cleaned. We took vacation time from work and have movers that are supposed to move our furniture tomorrow. We called another company and they are coming at the same time today rain or shine. Thankful the other company can come because Paducah Steem really put us in a bind. I don’t recommend Paducah Steem.
