Very revealing that this place has so, so many 1-star reviews. It absolutely deserves them. I haven't been in there in years, but when I have been there in person I've always been put off by how rude the women working there are. They could benefit from some training on basic office etiquette and politeness. Thank goodness for online bill pay! One can only hope that computers will finally replace such incompetent, rude office workers.

Been without water for 7 months I think thir whole system is screwed
I paid 161 to get my water cut on and switched over to my new place 9 DAYS AGO and I just got settled in yesterday, went to take a shower and the water wasn't even on. I'm PRAYING they don't charge me twice for a connection fee, it's ridiculous!
Of all our utilities in this community this one's the VERY BEST to me! I highly recommend it. It's either Paducah Water Works or dig a well or a place for cistern in your backyard or on your property. LOL.
They have the most ridiculous way of doing things. Instead of making things easy for people, they make you jump through hoops. This place has always been horrible to deal with and I wish i could give zero stars instead of one.
