I have really enjoyed my experiences with this group until today which happens to be a Friday. No one will help me get in touch with my physician after having a procedure today, and 2 medications were not called in as promised. Not only that but as previously stated , re. the reason for these 2 pain relievers not being called in was not explained. I have a low seizure threshold and this is dangerous. Three meds were to be called in, only one was. I was told to wait until Monday to get in touch with someone. At least have the courtesy and basic human compression to make people aware of situations like this, as well as more options for recourse to get in touch with the people providing *care* to their patients. ESPECIALLY on a Friday, when one has to wait all weekend for an answer. Sure hope i don't have a seizure from lack of meds.

Amanda long is the only person that works there that has a brain! the staff is holding a bat at a manure spreader waiting to swing. Should have robots working there because no one ever awnsers the phone .

My husband and I have never dealt with a more incompetent physician's office. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Especially if you have a true problem.

Allison was very nice, very professional, and informative. The office is always clean and the staff is nice. They've forgotten to send in prescriptions, but are always nice and prompt when it's brought to ther nurse's attention.
