They were really friendly and helpful. I had never boarded my dog before, and was really nervous. They showed me around and explained everything so that I would feel better about leaving him for 5 days. Also, I ordered a bath and clipped nails for my dog who desperately needed both. He came home super clean, smelling nice, and with trimmed nails. He was happy to be home, but I think his trip to Pampered Pets went well.

They were great! Patient staff took great care of our furry babies, and since it was our first time boarding they were very supportive of us, too!

I was invited to bring my dog for a complimentary 2 hour visit to get him used to the place and meet some of the other “daycare” dogs. When I arrived, I waited around the lobby for 10 minutes. The manager I had spoke to wasn’t there. The worker that was there didn’t know about a tour and was just overwhelmed with the idea. The manager then called him and was arguing about when she talked to me? I had spoke to her earlier that afternoon. I was expecting to drop my dog off to get him used to the place! Anyways, he walked me back to the area where the larger dogs board. The conditions were worse than any humane society I’ve been to. The “beds” they provide the dogs were a couple ratty towels. It smelled horrible like it hadn’t been cleaned, a radio was blasting (couldn’t imagine how loud it was for dogs’ sensitive ears), and dogs just looked in distress (pawing at the kennels, barking nonstop, dirty water, etc) I asked about the daycare process and he then explained that dogs weren’t really mixed and didn’t play together in “daycare”. He said the last time they put a couple dogs together to play “one got chewed up pretty bad”. I will not be using this place. Pampered is the last word I’d choose to describe conditions I saw. Their website is very misleading.
