Pulled 3 long hairs out of my pizza! I have eaten Papa John's all over this country and NEVER had a problem. If you work in food - COVER YOUR HAIR!!

Papa John's Lone Oak is a great place for a pizza! Friendly. Hot. Fresh. Fast. Very, very reasonably priced. Lots to choose from in terms of toppings and pizza crust and sodas. Delivery or carry-out only. This is not a sit down, stay and eat restaurant in Paducah's Lone Oak Community. Cash and all major credit or debit cards accepted. Holiday season is here people so they are extra busy! Order early. Open late.

I don't know who cooked tonight at 11:00 PM on November 29th, but OH MY GOD! THE PIZZA AND BREADSTICKS WERE SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS TO WHERE I HAD TO PUT A REVIEW. Plus, whoever cooked needs a raise because it was so good!!!! Let's just say when my boyfriend and I ate our food, we had to share to our friends on how delicious it was. Great job, you killed it 100000%!!

The pizza breadsticks garlic sauce service and price is within reasonably priced the delivery girl was very attractive and followed protocol my food was delivered quicker then expected Pizza left on front porch bench and she took her tip I left her she did an amazing job

Pizza tasted good. Could have been just a little bit more warm but for first time delivery it was okay. Friendly delivery.

My wife and daughter placed an order and paid for it over the phone for me to pick up on my way home from work. I arrive to pick up the order, I gave them my last name not knowing what name was used when the order was placed. They said no order had been placed under that name, could it be under a different name. I gave them my first and last name. They said no order had been placed for that name either, do you know the phone number that places the order. I said no I don't, but I'll go outside and call them and double check. My wife calls them and they tell her they can't give me the order because I didn't give them the right name. The name the order was placed under was my first name. She ended up telling them "just give him the food". I walk in and they hand me the order and act like no issue existed. Second issue, I observed 3 employees without mask and one that had her mask below her chin. Each employee was at a work station. This is not the first time we've had issues with this location. To be fair the food is always good.

The pizza was delicious, but we ordered a drink and it was dated for 01/06/20... and it’s 06/10/20.... so if the drink is that old, we wonder if any of the ingredients were old
