Randy Eason was amazing to work with! I actually drove two hours to drive a van from another dealership. I wasn’t treated with the same respect as I received from Randy. I left that other lot disappointed because I was prepared to buy the van I drove 2 hours down for. Luckily, and with God’s grace, I left and drove on down the road seeing other lots. I found the exact same vehicle in color, wants and the mileage was very close. (Mr. Randy) gave me the keys to test drive and the van actually had gas to take for longer than 10 miles. He told me to drive it as long as I wanted. The other place I had been, I actually had to put gas in that van\u200d️. After liking and deciding to talk about buying, it was so smooth and easy. Randy never made me feel pressured or nervous. The other place really didn’t seem to care if they sold me a car or not. I actually felt like I was in control with Randy’s approach. I would highly recommend stopping by Perkins Motor Plex in Paducah. The entire staff was polite and gracious. Mr. Randy!! I wish nothing but the best for you. Thank you for giving me a more enjoyable 2 hour ride home that day to a very excited family. Very professional and actually cared! He’s from Tennessee but don’t hold that against him, he’s the best I’ve ever dealt with.

There was no hassle getting a deal and vehicle. I chose pay on time. It has always been said that car dealers can use knowhow and we are just birds to be plucked. The fellows paid attention and we each stood for the certainty expense is the control point. Great cars and trucks.

I just purchased from Perkins. The gentleman that worked with me was aces. He was patient, informative, and personable. He addressed any and all of my concerns I had with the car I wanted to purchase. After my purchase, a follow-up courtesy call was made just to make sure the car was good and I was happy. He didn’t have to do that, but it gave me even more comfort in my purchase knowing the people I bought it from genuinely care about every person they meet and every deal that is made. Thank you, Mr. Randy Eason, for restoring some lost faith we had in dealerships.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience, by far - I bet I've purchased 10-15 used cars between my daughters and myself - and frankly it had become a dreadful experience. But even buying new cars can be complicated and painful. What I liked best was that the two different sales associates, Chris Cherry and Taylor (sorry, Taylor, forgot your last name) were just very unassuming, friendly, non-pushy, cheerful (well, of course!) and just really easy to work with. I told them what I wanted - they produced it. Then the hard work began - that's where I really appreciate both of them, especially Chris Cherry. There were some obstacles because I insisted on using my personal credit union based in Wisconsin. (I never changed banks when I moved here). The obstacles Chris made easy for me - and then there were more obstacles over this purchase and the credit union - still Chris made it easy. And the best part in all of this - is that Chris was patient, and I assume that means Perkins Auto Plex is also a patient company. I love that I got a 2018 model car with very low mileage for under the ecommended\ average prices listed on Facebook Marketplace. Over all I can't say enough for how happy I am that I made this purchase!!!
